一、基本信息

杭庆雷，男，博士，特聘教授，博士生导师，扬州大学医学院临床医学系副主任。先后在日本东北医科药科大学、美国德州大学MD安德森癌症中心从事博士后研究工作。发表SCI科研论文30余篇，包括Nature Communications，Cell Death & Disease，Journal of Biological Chemistry，Molecular and Cellular Biology等期刊，被引1200余次，论文成果多次在国际学术会议上学习交流。长期担任多本SCI杂志编辑和同行评审专家。

二、研究方向

肿瘤生物学，重点围绕着蛋白质翻译后修饰（糖基化、泛素化等）在肿瘤诊断、分子标志物、转移、放化疗抵抗和精准治疗等过程中的作用和分子机制开展研究。主要包括以下两个方向：

1.通过多组学与生物信息学相结合分析异常蛋白翻译后修饰在肿瘤诊断和肿瘤标志物中的应用基础及临床转化研究。

2.利用文库筛选研究异常蛋白翻译后修饰在肿瘤转移和放化疗抵抗中的作用及其机制。
