三、研究方向
主要从事寡多糖的气相质谱、线性离子阱质谱和NMR波谱的分析。并构建植物、微生物和动物寡多糖数据库。采用动物模型和细胞模型,通过靶向代谢组学,非靶向代谢组学,转录组学,微生物多样性等手段进行寡多糖生物活性评价。深入诠释糖类生物大分子与各种代谢综合征的构效关系。
