汤琪云

一、简介

汤琪云,医学博士、教授、二级主任医师、博士生导师、博士后合作导师,南京医科大学第一附属医院老年消化科主任,江苏省神经内分泌肿瘤诊治中心主任、南京医科大学神经内分泌肿瘤研究所所长。

(1)医疗:致力于消化内镜、消化道早癌、神经内分泌肿瘤、炎症性肠病及肝脏疾病等领域的研究,从基础、临床、产业转化等方面深入探索,促进江苏省神经内分泌肿瘤的规范诊治。于2018年牵头成立了江苏省神经内分泌肿瘤诊治中心,牵头先后在南通大学、苏州大学、扬州大学、徐州医科大学等附属医院及新疆伊犁州友谊医院成立分中心,牵头成立了中国研究型医院学会消化外科专业委员会神经内分泌肿瘤学组等。2018年,于南京医科大学第一附属医院开设神经内分泌肿瘤专病门诊、专家门诊、多学科联合门诊及专病病房,为华东地区首家神经内分泌肿瘤独立病区。年诊治罕见神经内分泌肿瘤病例1000例以上。主译《胃肠胰和胸部神经内分泌肿瘤手册》,为国内第一本关于神经内分泌肿瘤的工具书。

在临床工作方面,开展四级手术如内镜黏膜下剥离术年均手术量达500-1000例,以第一完成人身份完成的“直肠神经内分泌肿瘤的内镜诊治”和“基于内镜和影像的中晚期消化系统神经内分泌肿瘤综合诊疗体系的构建”项目荣获2016年和2021年“江苏省医疗新技术引进奖一等奖”。

(2)教育:每年培养硕士、博士研究生6-8名,现有在读博士后6人。

(3)科研:申请人在基础研究方面,针对国内对神经内分泌肿瘤处于起步阶段的现状,重视其发病机制、耐药机制及新型药物靶点、新型智能靶向药物递送体系的研究,发表该领域相关高质量论文60余篇,为其深入基础研究迈出第一步(详见下文第二、三部分)。
