三、研究方向
主要从事鲍曼不动杆菌耐药水平及其调控机制、外排泵系统在细菌耐药中的作用及中草药抗菌及其机制的研究。(1)对临床收集的鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药水平进行筛查,检测粘菌素的耐药情况,探讨粘菌素耐药的新机制;(2)筛选能抑制鲍曼不动杆菌的中草药,目前发现某些中草药可协同粘菌素治疗粘菌素耐药鲍曼不动杆菌,为临床治疗提供新策略。
