Recently, Professor Li Yanhua's team from the Department of Clinical Medicine of our college has been published in the world-renowned top clinical research Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (Q1 area, IF: 12.8), entitled "Therapeutic Efficacy of Platelet-Rich Plasma Combining with Microneedling and Topical Minoxidil in Refractory Severe Androgenic Alopecia clinical research paper discusses for the first time the efficacy of the combination of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP), microneedle technology and topical minoxidil in patients with refractory severe androgenic alopecia (AGA). The biological processes involved in improving hair follicle structure and promoting hair growth were also discussed.

This study provides a new idea and method for the treatment of refractory severe androgenic alopecia and has important clinical significance. In April 2024, the research results were invited for academic exchange at the 13th World Hair Congress in Dallas, USA.
