Medical college held a meeting on the 2023 autumn semester examination work on January 3rd. The meeting was chaired by Ding Xiaofan from the Teaching Office, and attended by Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee, Zuo Hongmei, Teacher from the Student Affairs Office, and nearly 100 invigilators this semester.

Teacher Li Fei from the Teaching Office gave a detailed introduction to the overall situation of the exam management work for this semester, including exam arrangements, invigilation processes, handling of special circumstances, grading matters, and interpretation of school exam related documents. Subsequently, Teacher Ding Xiaofan from the Teaching Office conveyed the requirements of Dean Li Wei regarding the examination work. He requested that invigilators attach great importance to the task of performing examinations, strictly follow the invigilation process, especially promote the discipline of the examination room, and properly handle exam violations.

Finally, Deputy Secretary Zuo Hongmei emphasized that invigilation is an important part of teaching, and the execution of invigilation tasks by invigilators is also an important manifestation of carrying out "curriculum ideology and politics". The invigilator should emphasize the importance of honest examination and fair competition to the candidates, and at the same time, do a good job in pre exam cleaning and attendance work to ensure timely and effective communication between the invigilator on site and off site counselors and academic administrators.
