Medical college held a pairing activity for new teachers and supervisors this year on November 14th. The event was presided over by Li Wei, Dean of Teaching, and attended by the school supervisor Tian Fang, the teaching directors of each department, the six new teachers in 2023 and their teaching tutors.

The event organized new teachers to sign a guidance agreement with their teaching instructors.

During the event, Dean Li introduced the overall situation of the event. He pointed out that while young teachers are under great pressure in scientific research, they should also follow their teaching instructors to learn how to teach, listen to more lectures, hone more, change their concepts as soon as possible, and practice solid basic teaching skills. Teaching instructors should play a good role in "passing on and helping teachers" to help new teachers adapt to their roles as soon as possible and improve their teaching level.
