In order to further understand the clinical internship situation of 2020 level interns in the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, grasp students' ideological trends and internship demands, closely strengthen communication and cooperation with internship units, and ensure the quality of internships, on September 27-28, the Medical College was established by Vice President Li Wei, Secretary of the Party General Branch of the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Zhu Hong, and Secretary of the Party General Branch of the Department of Clinical Medicine Chu Chunmin A research group composed of Qian Yayun, Deputy Director of the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and Wang Ying, a counselor, conducted internship research at Jianhu People's Hospital, Xiangcheng District People's Hospital in Suzhou, and Haimen District People's Hospital in Nantong.

During the investigation, by checking the students' internship logs and internship manuals, and holding student symposiums and teachers' symposiums respectively, we had a comprehensive understanding of the students' internship situation, and also found the shortcomings of the students' study in school.

The Western medicine internship survey not only made the students feel the care and love of the teachers of the college, but also provided a strong reference for the improvement of the Western medicine internship program and talent training of the Department of Integrative Medicine in the next step. The survey also improved the communication between the school and the internship unit, understood the internship status of students, and facilitated the more targeted strengthening of students' education management. It further understood the employment needs of internship units, better built a student internship employment platform, and laid a good foundation for further cooperation with internship units.
