The Department of Basic Medicine and Medical Technology held a trial teaching for new teachers from 2021 to 2022 on Feb. 20th. This event was hosted by Vice Dean Li Wei, and More than 20 teachers from the Department of Basic Medicine and Medical Technology attended the event.

During the activity, 7 new teachers who planned to teach this semester gave a 15-minute classroom teaching demonstration, and the participating teachers commented and guided the trial teachers from the aspects of teaching posture, teaching content, teaching skills, and ideological and political elements of the curriculum.

In recent years, the number of new teachers in our institute has increased, and the training of young teachers is one of the important tasks of the college to build a high-level teaching team. The trial lecture for new teachers carried out by the Department of Basic Medicine and Medical Technology is a demonstration of new teachers' teaching, a preliminary test, and a reflection of the importance attached by grassroots teaching organizations to team building.
